Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center's James Cancer Hospital operations team seeks a Healthcare Analyst to support the business and financial operations of the James Ancillary Departments. You will analyze productivity, staffing, and labor metrics and provide analytics to the Clinical Enterprise while collaborating with finance and operations leaders.

You will help ensure accurate productivity models, participate in planning initiatives, and may oversee a student intern.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in healthcare environment is preferred.
• One to three years of business experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the business/financial operations of the James Ancillary Departments.
• Oversee position control and operational and labor management metrics.
• Collaborate with finance team and operational managers on daily clinical operations.
• Provide business analytics support to the Clinical Enterprise.
• Participate in planning initiatives and multidisciplinary meetings.
