• 2+ years coordinating programs, projects, or administrative functions.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities for the Center for Cancer Prevention and Survivorship.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work plans, and implementation schedules for center activities.
• Monitor progress toward strategic goals and follow up on deliverables and action items.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, agendas, minutes, and governance documentation.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics reports, and performance summaries for leadership review.
• Support outreach initiatives and faculty engagement as needed.
