Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio licensure.
• Three years of inpatient RN experience.
• BSN required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the nursing staff on duty and conducts rounds in patient care areas.
• Obtains report from the charge nurse and tracks current patient status.
• Coordinates nursing activities with related departments and acts as liaison.
• Provides information for staffing needs and participates in crisis or emergency response.
• Enforces hospital policies and procedures during off-shift hours.
