Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Nursing Supervisor Oncology to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across two outpatient Cancer Centers. This full-time role supports staffing, safety, and regulatory compliance while partnering with the Oncology Nurse Manager.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with Texas RN licensure, at least five years of RN experience and leadership exposure, with Oncology experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• RN license valid in Texas.
• Five years of RN experience with leadership.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• OCN certification preferred, or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical operations across two outpatient Cancer Centers.
• Collaborate with Oncology Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Mentor staff, manage daily operations, and resolve clinical issues.
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered experience.
• Monitor nursing practices and infuse evidence-based updates.
