Qualifikationen
- RN licensed in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in oncology clinical research.
Aufgaben
- Provide proactive leadership to clinical and research coordinators and nursing staff.
- Deliver training, coaching and development for direct reports.
- Oversee patient-centered care and research delivery across workflows.
- Supervise referral intake, scheduling, patient navigation, and study startup processes.
- Ensure data capture accuracy and audit preparedness across departments.
- Maintain SOPs and drive continuous improvement of workflows.
