The START Center for Cancer Research seeks a Director of Nursing to supervise clinic and infusion nurses, nurse navigators, and schedulers, delivering high-quality care within oncology clinical research. You will provide professional guidance, develop staff, and ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements across US and Europe.

Responsibilities include leading training programs, coordinating care plans, supporting study coordinators, and driving patient enrollment while collaborating

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and RN license in good standing.
• ONS/ONCC chemotherapy immunotherapy certificate course.
• Knowledge of GCP, GDPR and federal clinical research regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and clinical documentation systems.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership to nurses, navigators, schedulers, and referral intake coordinators.
• Provide training and ensure competency of staff and management.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coordinate care plans and schedules, with timely patient visits.
• Support study coordinators and nurse educators in clinical research.
• Lead training initiatives to comply with quality standards and CTMS/EHR usage.
