Job summary

Cancer and Blood Specialists of Georgia is seeking an experienced nurse leader to plan and direct clinical care across oncology services. You will supervise nurses, medical staff, and pharmacy technicians, ensuring patient safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient clinic operations.

The role requires RN licensure, oncology certification, and 5+ years in healthcare with 3+ years in management. Travel to satellite sites and strong policy compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in nursing is required.
• Five (5) years of healthcare experience in clinic/hospital setting.
• Three (3) years of management experience preferred.
• Oncology Nurse certification (OCN) required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and evaluates the overall clinical care and functions.
• Oversees clinical area activities and directs, organizes, and assigns work to the clinical team.
• Assesses, monitors, and educates all clinical staff on patient care.
• Ensures compliance with SOPs and regulations.
• Leadership duties including training, scheduling, meetings, hiring, and evaluations.
