Job summary

Kelsey Seybold Clinic: Main Campus seeks a Cancer Center Clinical RN Educator to develop and evaluate education programs for nursing services in Hematology/Oncology and Infusion. The role partners with the Cancer Services Leadership Team to design onboarding materials, training schedules, competency assessments and continuing education curricula for nurses.

The educator will support onboarding, competency development and ongoing education to ensure high-quality patient care across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification per American Heart Association.
• 5+ years of clinical RN experience.
• 2+ years of oncology experience.
• Experience with EMRs.
• Valid Texas RN license.
• Ability to travel to other KSC locations periodically.
• Completion of ONS Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Fundamentals or certificate within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with Cancer Services Leadership to create onboarding, training, competency assessments and CE curricula for Hematology/Oncology and Infusion.
