• Provide orientation and ongoing education for staff on unit/ hospital-wide topics.
• Maintain records of training activities and assess program effectiveness.
• Develop, organize, and supervise nursing orientation and education plans.
• Coordinate education resources and assist learners to identify learning needs.
• Collaborate with leaders and educators on hospital-wide education initiatives.
• Maintain unit competencies and participate in quality improvement efforts.
