Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our Oncology team. You will provide patient-centered care, assist with daily living activities, and help patients navigate cancer care pathways under RN/LPN supervision.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry current eligibility required; ND/MN registries acceptable with time to enroll.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
Administer delegated tasks and treatments.
Record vital statistics and other basic health information.
Will collect non-invasive biological specimens from patients as needed.
Perform clerical work related to scheduling and documenting patient healthcare.
Prepare patient treatment areas and clean equipment; dispose of biomedical waste.
Assist with one-on-one patient care when necessary.
