Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center is seeking an Oncology Nurse Specialist to manage the oncology provider’s patient caseload and coordinate care across the Cancer Center. This RN role serves as the primary liaison among the provider, interdisciplinary team and patients, ensuring seamless communication and care coordination throughout the cancer care continuum.

The position requires ADN/BSN with RN license and CPR/BLS within 90 days; starting pay is based on experience, with a compensation range

Qualificações

• ADN or BSN required; BLS or CPR certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipates provider needs by ensuring clinical documentation, orders and care plans are in place.
• Assesses symptoms and treatment toxicities; escalates to providers as needed.
• Develops and evaluates oncology workflows, protocols and standing orders.
• Coordinates tumor board prep, case coordination and follow-up tracking.
