Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or PA Studies required.
- Current California RN license and California NP/PA licensure.
- DEA license within 6 months of hire.
- National NP/PA board certification and BLS required.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and computer skills.
- 2+ year commitment preferred and mission-driven care.
Responsibilities
- Performs physical examinations and supports quality patient care.
- Discriminates abnormal findings and consults with physician as needed.
- Conducts hospital consults and participates in inpatient rounding.
- Develops and implements patient education activities.
- Builds trusting relationships with patients and referring providers.
- Provides leadership in care coordination and acts as a clinical resource.
