Qualifications

• MSN or DNP with NP specialty required.
• CA NP license currently active required.
• CA RN license required.
• National Board Certification as NP required.
• Furnishing with Schedule II; enrollment in PECOS and CURES required.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent clinical assessment and patient care management for Hematology/Oncology clinic patients.
• Collaborate with Medical Director, attending physicians and fellows to support direct patient care.
• Serve as a clinical care extender of the attending Oncologists; communicate with patients, families, and referring physicians.
