MUSC Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Manager to lead Infusion Services and the Medical Oncology Clinic, guiding clinical and operational efforts to deliver safe, high‑quality care for cancer patients and families.

You will partner with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and navigators to ensure coordinated treatment, smooth patient flow, and continuous improvement in outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing — required.
• BSN — required.
• Oncology/infusion nursing experience — preferred.
• Clinical management, supervisory, or leadership experience — preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee infusion and medical oncology clinic operations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resources for safe patient care.
• Promote clinical excellence and staff competency.
• Ensure coordination across oncology services for a seamless patient experience.
