MUSC Health is seeking an Oncology Nurse Manager to lead our infusion services and medical oncology clinic operations. You will guide clinical staff, foster collaboration, and ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered cancer care.

In this role, you will partner with physicians, pharmacists, navigators, and administrators to coordinate the oncology care journey from diagnosis through survivorship, driving excellence and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing - required.
• BSN - required.
• Current RN license issued by SC Board of Nursing or a compact state - required.
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification - must be obtained if not already certified.
• AHA BLS certification - required.
• AHA ACLS certification - required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership of infusion and medical oncology clinic operations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, daily assignments, and resources for safe patient care.
• Oversee clinical care, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, compassionate care.
