Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations on a 24-hour basis.
• Lead, coach and evaluate patient care staff; promote collaboration and mutual respect.
• Support the Nursing Professional Practice Model and ongoing Nursing Department operations.
