• Providing essential patient care with ADLs, vital signs, mobility, and hygiene
• Performing nursing tasks like wound care and catheter care as you gain experience
• Documenting care and communicating updates with the nursing team
• Explaining care plans to patients and families
• Maintaining clean, safe patient areas and following infection prevention practices
• Engaging in learning opportunities and creating a personal career development plan with your supervisor
