Job summary

Oncology Consultants - Memorial City is seeking a registered nurse to provide safe and accurate patient care in a busy oncology clinic. Responsibilities include patient assessment, labs review, dose verification, and administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care under provider orders.

You will educate patients, triage calls, and maintain precise EMR documentation. The role requires an active RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and hematology/oncology experience.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital setting.
• Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, accurate patient care including patient assessment, review of labs and vital signs.
• Ensure dose verification and medication safety; administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, biotherapy and supportive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about medications, side effects and treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the EMR of treatments rendered.
• Respond to telephone triage and prioritize calls based on urgency.
• Assist with inventory and re-stocking of medical supplies and participation in trainings.
