Job summary

BAS HealthCare is seeking an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient oncology team in the Hartford region, including Manchester and Avon sites. The role involves triage and full outpatient management of cancer patients, with opportunities for professional growth and collaboration with Memorial Sloan Kettering.

Ideal candidates have oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN, and at least 1 year as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to be licensed as a Connecticut Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) is required.
• Oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage and full outpatient management of cancer patients, including urgent visits and follow-ups.
• Deliver value-based oncology care in outpatient settings in the Hartford region (Hartford, Manchester, Avon).
• Collaborate with a team and participate in ongoing survivorship care and chemotherapy pre‑treatment visits.
