Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
• Less than one year of clinical experience or completion of an accredited nursing program with clinical hours.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate safe, quality care via interdisciplinary collaboration and documentation.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice.
• Participate in professional development, precept or mentor, uphold policies.
• Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize care.
