Job summary

Integra Connect seeks a Medical QA Analyst (Oncology) with SEIT experience to validate oncology workflows, medication management, and clinical documentation. You will translate requirements into test scenarios and work with Product, Medical SMEs, BA, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure safe, reliable healthcare software.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, executing tests, defect tracking, and supporting releases in regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Health Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
3+ years of experience in medical/healthcare software QA/testing.
Experience with software testing and business requirement validation.
Understanding of STLC and Agile methodologies.
Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect documentation.
Experience using QA and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of oncology care pathways, treatment workflows, and medication protocols.
Clinical documentation, patient management, healthcare regulations, and patient safety principles.

Responsibilities

Validate oncology workflows, including treatment plans and patient care documentation.
Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for medical accuracy.
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios across functional, integration, regression, and UAT.
Document, prioritize, and track defects; support release validation and Agile cycles.
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure quality throughout the lifecycle.
