Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician at Jackson and Coker summary :

The Oncology - Medical Oncology Physician provides hematology and oncology services, needing coverage from December 23, 2024, to at least March 30, 2025. The position requires Pennsylvania licensure and board certification or eligibility, with a focus on both inpatient and outpatient care, seeing 12-14 patients per session. Additional support staff includes physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and Medical Assistants, with the use of Cerner EMR for patient management.

Coverage Needed : 12 / 23 / 2024 - at least 3 / 30 / 2025, potentially longer

Breakdown of Practice Days : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays

Requirements :

Pennsylvania licensure required

Board Certification or Board Eligibility within 5 years

Hematology & Oncology experience, new graduates are not preferred

Details :

Position will cover both inpatient & outpatient

Inpatient coverage : 4-6 consults per 4 hour
