The Department of Medical Oncology and the SKCC are seeking junior faculty candidates to fill a position in cutaneous melanoma. While successful research and clinical activities for melanoma have been ongoing across the Departments of Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and at the SKCC, there is a broad recognition that overall program development and clinical trials activity could be greatly enhanced by additional medical oncology faculty. These faculty will help stimulate the clinical trials and translational portfolios of the Section.
The department is seeking applications from BE/BC medical oncologists with a strong research focus in cutaneous melanoma. Candidates should possess strong clinical skills for inpatient and outpatient care, the ability to develop an independent clinical research program, and provide outstanding teaching to fellows and residents.
