Job description

We are seeking a Medical Oncologist to join our team in the Ozark Mountains, just a few minutes from Branson, Missouri or Fayetteville, Arkansas. (Can live in Branson if desired.) This is an excellent opportunity to replace a retiring physician and partner with an established radiation oncologist in a well-respected community hospital setting.

Key Highlights:

1. Replace a retiring physician in the community, joining a 174-bed, level 3 trauma center serving a population of approximately 90,000 across 6 counties.
2. Work closely with a radiation oncologist to ensure seamless medical care.
3. Direct involvement in seeing 20-25 patients per day, with about 30% hematology cases.
4. Collaborate with UAMS, AR Saves Stroke Program, Arkansas Children's Hospital, and the Angel Program.

Financial Package:

1. Verified total annual income of $815,000+.
2. $35,000 sign-on bonus.
3. $30,000 per year student loan repayment (or added to base salary if not needed).
4. Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and professional liability insurance.
5. 5 weeks PTO, 1 week CME, retirement packages.
6. $10,000 relocation allowance.
