About the Role: Gastroenterologists

• High-performing colleagues in the highest percentiles, creating community need and a patient panel awaiting care
• Benefits include retirement plans, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, generous vacation, and paid CME
• Nurse Practitioner coverage for office visits, patient education, inpatient consultations, and rounding
• Highly trained staff and an integrated EHR system to minimize non-clinical tasks
• 2-year guarantee with a $480,000 base salary for general GI/Gastroenterologists
• Year 3 and beyond: $600,000-$900,000 annually based on production
• Sign-on bonus and monthly fellow stipend
• Practice composed of 3 MDs and 2 NPs, with all MDs willing to mentor

Call schedule: 1:6, attached to hospital, involving 4 MDs and 1 NP
