Job summary

Genmab is seeking an experienced Medical Director (Oncology) to provide medical oversight for pivotal cancer trials and contribute to regulatory documents and presentations. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires an MD with 3+ years in oncology/hematology and a proven track record in clinical trial leadership and medical strategy. Flexible work arrangements are available, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• MD with at least 3 years in oncology/hematology.
• Experience as Medical Officer for clinical trials.
• Strong scientific background in solid tumor oncology.
• Ability to represent Genmab in internal and external settings.
• Proven teamwork in a matrix organization and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct study design, protocol development and execution of pivotal cancer studies.
• Contribute to the overall medical strategy and advise on new projects.
• Generate/review clinical components of regulatory documents and submissions.
• Oversee safety aspects of patients in studies with the Safety physician.
• Lead interactions with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders and boards.
• Plan publications and clinical communications strategy in coordination with teams.
