The role involves assisting physicians and nurses, managing patient flow, and performing administrative tasks to support efficient clinic operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, BLS certification, and 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible for MA certifications within six months after start date.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and prepare patients for examination.
• Assist practitioners with ECG, venipuncture, immunizations and procedure setup.
• Maintain exam rooms, inventory, and sterile supplies.
• Support the care team and communicate effectively with patients.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Completion of accredited Medical Assistant training program

Certification eligible within 6 months (CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA)

BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
