Job summary

The role includes mentoring teammates, supporting quality initiatives, and acting as a resource for Epic workflows and best practices. Strong clinical experience and communication skills are required to deliver high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Advanced Medical Assistant with clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and patient care focus.
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Willing to mentor team and support quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs and histories.
• Assist with examinations and procedures.
• Guide workflows and mentor staff.
• Serve as Epic super user and support configuration.
• Participate in population health outreach and patient education.
