• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan nursing care, organize care with the health care team.
• Implement and document care per physician orders and policy.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
