The role requires Illinois technician license and pharmacist certification or plans to obtain within 90 days, with preferred two years in a pharmacy setting and IV admixture experience.

Qualifications

• Illinois technician license and national certification, or plan to obtain.
• Two years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• IV admixtures and/or chemotherapy preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calculates BSA and dose basis calculations; reviews lab values per protocol.
• Prepares and mixes chemotherapeutic and biologic agents for administration with sterility and safety.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and participate in ongoing Oncology/Hematology education.
