This is an exciting opportunity to join IQVIA as an Oncology Inside Sales Specialist to drive sales for a top 10 pharmaceutical company's current oncology portfolio, specifically in Breast Cancer and Ovarian Cancer.

The Oncology Inside Sales Specialist is a remote role. Responsibilities include making outbound calls and educating via Zoom meetings to sell oncology therapeutics to key stakeholders in breast and ovarian cancer. The role involves conveying complex clinical, diagnostics, and access & reimbursement information to ensure patients benefit from therapy. Strong interpersonal skills are required to establish trust remotely, identify customer needs, and develop solutions within the company framework. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to provide the full range of services.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.
  • 1-3 years sales experience in pharma/biotech/device.
  • 1-3 years Oncology sales experience.
  • 2 years remote/inside sales experience preferred.
  • Breast Cancer and/or Ovarian Cancer sales experience highly preferred.
  • Rare Disease sales experience a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a proven sales success record.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work from home with a suitable environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex clinical and access information for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
  • Experience working in team environments.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement pathways for specialty products.
  • Ability to analyze business environment and drive sales based on insights.
  • Strong account management and customer service skills.
