You will assess, administer medications, document care, educate patients and families, and advocate for patients. The position emphasizes compassionate care and ongoing professional development in a dynamic hospital

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
• < 1 year applicable experience is expected.
• Current RN license in the state of practice (or compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of start date.

Responsabilités

• Assess the patient's condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and document care in the medical record; monitor response.
• Provide timely, compassionate care and respond to patient requests.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up.
