Job summary

University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center is seeking an Inpatient Oncology Float Pool RN to provide specialized care across four inpatient oncology units at Seidman Cancer Center. This role includes a rotating day/night schedule with three 12‑hour shifts per week, every other weekend and holiday, and compensation up to $65 per hour plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure with 1+ year of external experience
• Experience in a hospital float pool or cross-unit nursing desirable

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process to ensure safe outcomes
• Demonstrate technical skills in oncology care delivery and safety
• Communicate clearly and collaborate to optimize patient care and operations
• Develop professionally and contribute to the professional practice of nursing
• Demonstrate leadership that influences clinical and operational results
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain PHI in accordance with policy
