The role requires current Florida RN licensure, BLS and PALS, with NRP and STABLE within specified onboarding timelines; national certification in a specialty within 2 years is preferred. You will provide autonomous, evidence-based nursing care and collaborate across disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Active Florida RN licensure.
• BLS required; PALS required.
• NRP and STABLE within 90 days of hire date.
• National Certification in a specialty within 2 years of hire date.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Apply nursing process and evidence-based practice to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide autonomous nursing care within professional standards and ethics.
• Lead and participate in quality assurance or performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate peers, patients, and families on care plans and best practices.
