Candidates must hold an active Florida RN license and relevant certifications (BLS, PALS, NRP, STABLE) with ongoing specialty certification within two years. The position supports education and quality initiatives across the unit.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN preferred.
• Clear and Active RN licensure in the State of Florida
• AHA BLS certification for Healthcare Providers
• AHA PALS certification required
• NRP Certification within 90 days of hire date
• STABLE certification within 90 days of hire date
• National Certification in specialty within 2 years of hire date

Responsabilidades

• Apply nursing process and theories to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, evaluate, and modify patient care.
• Practice autonomously within professional nursing standards and ethics.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Act as educator to peers, patients, and families.
• Identify and communicate resource needs to budget and department leadership.
