Job summary

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN or MSN preferred, RN-BSN in progress acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing diagnosis and treatment to patients.
• Demonstrate leadership within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Advocate for patients and families while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate care planning and ensure high-quality nursing practice.
• Participate in quality improvement projects and policy development.
• Support staffing, patient flow, and rounds on the unit.
