Job summary

Lone Star Oncology in Georgetown, TX seeks an RN to provide safe, accurate chemotherapy and supportive care. You will assess patients, review labs, verify doses, document in EMR, and educate patients and families about treatment plans.

Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with ability to work across a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced setting. OT possibilities and sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• RN license in state of employment or multi-state license.
• Current CPR and BLS certifications.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for travel to other clinic locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive care per providers' orders.
• Perform patient assessment, review labs and vital signs, and dose verification.
• Provide education to patients and caregivers about medications and treatment plans.
