Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Oregon is seeking an RN – Infusion to provide comprehensive infusion services within the Cancer Center. You will supervise caregivers, deliver chemotherapy, and coordinate care with physicians and the oncology team.

Required: Oregon RN license, BLS/CPR, and oncology CEUs; experience in IV nursing and port-a-cath/PICC line care is preferred. BSN and oncology certification are a plus. 36 hours weekly with first shift, 8am–5:30pm.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license, BLS/CPR.
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of intravenous nursing; oncology or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and applies nursing principles, practices, and standards compliant with SCHS.
• Assesses patient condition, plans care, and evaluates progress.
• Administers medications and verifies dosages per policy.
• Documents care in the EMR and ensures patient safety.
• Collaborates with physicians, NP/PA, and care team for treatment plans.
• Maintains professional relationships and supports quality improvement.
