Job summary

St. Charles Health System is seeking an RN Infusion to provide comprehensive infusion services within the Cancer Center in Redmond, OR. The role oversees care during shifts, supports treatment plans, and collaborates with physicians and the care team.

The ideal candidate will have an Oregon RN license, BLS/CPR, and oncology-specific certifications or the ability to obtain them within six months. BSN preferred; two years of oncology IV nursing is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of IV nursing experience in oncology, med-surg, critical care, or home infusion.
• Proficient in central line care, maintenance, and access.
• Strong communication and documentation in EMR and with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide infusion therapies and coordinate with physicians, NPs, and PAs.
• Monitor patient status, adjust care plans, and document accurately.
• Ensure safety and infection control, including PPE and aseptic technique.
• Support departmental goals and participate in quality improvement.
