Job summary

Regions Hospital seeks an Oncology and Infusion Pharmacy Program Manager to lead comprehensive oncology programs, optimize medication management, and enhance patient care for cancer patients within HealthPartners Cancer Care. This role blends clinical expertise with program leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across infusion services.

The position emphasizes collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, development of policies, and driving standardization and performance

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from ACPE-accredited university or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of oncology pharmacy practice.
Pharmacist registered or eligible for registration in Minnesota.
Thorough understanding of oncology pharmacotherapy and chemotherapy protocols.
Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy information systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee organization-wide Oncology and infusion practice and standardization.
Coordinate oncology pharmacy-related committees and discussions.
Lead formulary management of antineoplastics and high-cost drugs; advise P&T Committee.
Develop and ensure system-wide policies for safe, effective, cost-efficient antineoplastic use.
Drive performance improvements and standardize patient care across infusion sites.
