Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking motivated, team-oriented technicians to join our growing practice in Waltham. This role covers infusion and OR pharmacies with a rotating schedule, offering no nights or weekends and opportunities for advancement in a supportive environment.

Under supervision of a staff pharmacist, you will prepare, package, label, and distribute medications, support inventory control, and participate in quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB certification required.
• 0–1 year of pharmacy technician experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, label, and distribute unit-dose medications.
• Deliver medications to patient care areas and maintain medication inventory.
• Assist with onboarding and training of junior technicians.
• Audit medication storage areas and conduct safety checks.
• Handle controlled substances per policy.
• Operate pharmacy information systems and reporting tools.
