Job summary
Mass General Brigham is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician II to support safe, timely pharmacy services in a rotating infusion/OR pharmacy setting. The role emphasizes high accuracy in medication preparation, labeling, and distribution, with opportunities to work across departments and participate in quality initiatives.
The position features a 40-hour week, on-site location at 52 Second Avenue, Waltham, with a rotating schedule and no nights or weekends.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Pharmacy Technician License with state license required.
- PTCB Certification required.
- Pharmacy technician 0-1 year experience required.
Responsibilities
- Follow established policies to perform routine support tasks in the pharmacy.
- Assist with delivering medications and stock management across care areas.
- Utilize robotics, automation, software, and information systems in daily workflow.
- Assist with training junior pharmacy technicians and trainees.
- Coordinate with pharmacy and medical staff to meet patient needs and provide exceptional service.
