Job summary

El Camino Health in Mountain View, CA, is seeking an Oncology Infusion Manager to lead infusion services for oncology and non-oncology patients, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biologics. Qualifications

Minimum 3 years infusion or oncology nursing experience.
2+ years leadership preferred.
Strong clinical understanding of chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and biologic therapies.
Advanced knowledge of EMR systems, barcode medication administration, and smart pumps.
License/Certification: RN; OCN/CRNI or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day infusion operations including nurse staffing, chair utilization, treatment schedules, and patient flow.
Direct supervision of infusion nurses, charge nurses, and medical assistants.
Ensure compliance with USP <797>, <800>, ONS/INS guidelines, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with pharmacy, oncology providers, and labs to optimize pre-visit workflows.
Lead quality improvement initiatives on treatment start time, dwell time, and error reduction.
Address infusion reactions and adverse events with staff response pathways.
