Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Michigan MSBN licensure required.
• Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to plan nursing care.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver compassionate patient care in oncology infusion.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care per nursing process.
• Administer chemotherapy and infusion meds per protocols.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and manage side effects.
• Maintain venous access devices and infection control.
• Delegate, supervise, and educate patients and families.
• Communicate with the oncology team and support services.
• Document infusion therapy and patient responses.
• Provide emotional support and advocate for patient needs.
