Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers is seeking an Oncology Infusion Nurse to join our dedicated team in Longmont, CO. You will administer chemotherapy, hydration, and other medications under physician supervision, ensuring safety and compassionate patient care throughout the cancer journey. Requirements include RN license with BLS, 2+ years nursing experience (oncology preferred).

Qualifications

• RN license and current registration in practicing state.
• BLS certification and continuing education requirements.
• Minimum two years nursing experience; oncology experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers chemotherapy, hydration and other medications under physician supervision.
• Maintain knowledge of drug reimbursement procedures and complete chemotherapy charge forms.
• Obtain pre-authorization and appropriate consent forms before therapy administration.
• Document nursing assessments, patient teaching and fluid/medication administration.
• Triages patient phone calls and communicates with physicians as needed.
