UC San Diego Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (Oncology Infusion) to provide patient care in the Moores Cancer Center Infusion Center. The NP will manage antineoplastic therapy, toxicities, and oncologic emergencies under supervision of attending oncologists.

Minimum qualifications include NP certification, CA RN/NP licenses, ART/BLS/ACLS, and 2+ years in hematology/oncology infusion. Willingness to cover multiple infusion locations; strong communication and education skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program.
• California RN license and NP license, plus Furnishing license.
• National NP board certification in aligned specialty.
• Current ART certification or BLS/CPR and ACLS at hire with ART within 6 months.
• Two+ years of NP experience in hematology/oncology infusion or related infusion.
• Ability to perform history and physical, identify problems, and formulate plans.
• Knowledge of diagnostic tests, exams, and outpatient clinic procedures.
• Infection control and accurate medical chart documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team and educate patients/families.
• Support Same-Day Cancer Services and coverage across infusion locations.
• Maintain professional documentation and participate in care coordination.
