Formación

• Education: High school diploma, GED, CNA/CPTC or enrolled in a healthcare career program; age 18 and able to participate in Mercy's UAP training.
• No prior experience required; Mercy provides a 175-hour training program per state guidelines during new hire orientation.
• BLS certification required within one month; PCA competencies completed within 3 months.

Responsabilidades

• Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in individualized patient care to achieve wellness.
• Performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to patient care.
