Responsibilities

• Overall accountability for daily operations of the Oncology unit.
• Supervises patient care services staff and ensures safety and quality outcomes.
• Interviews, hires, develops and retains staff to build a reliable team.
• Manages unit budget, coordinates payroll and purchasing; serves as clinical resource.
