Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking Registered Nurses for a full-time night shift on a 38-bed Telemetry Monitored Nursing Unit within Oncology/Hematology.

Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy and biologics, managing patients from adults to geriatrics, and coordinating care in a level 1 trauma teaching hospital with strong governance and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• Must have BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role.

Responsibilities

• Medical Oncology
• High Dose Chemotherapy with Autologous Stem Cell Transplant
• CAR T Cell Therapy
• Administration of Chemotherapy, Biotherapy, and Monoclonal Antibodies
• Surgical Oncology
• Gynecologic Oncology
• Administration of Radiation Therapy
• Hematologic Disorders (Sickle Cell Crisis, Aplastic Anemia, Thalassemia, Thrombocytopenia)
• Continuous Cardiac Monitoring (Telemetry)
