Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX is seeking Registered Nurses for an expanded Oncology/Hematology telemetry unit. This 38-bed unit provides care for adults to geriatrics with therapies including chemotherapy, biotherapy, monoclonal antibodies, and surgical oncology.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsabilités

• Provide telemetry-monitored care on a 38-bed unit.
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, and monoclonal antibodies.
• Collaborate with oncology team to coordinate patient care.
• Monitor adults to geriatric patients and track response to therapy.
• Participate in unit-based governance and quality initiatives.
• Support safe, evidence-based nursing practices to improve outcomes.
